I'm a small town Oklahoma girl livin' in a big city. Okay, Tulsa's not that big, but it's got way more stoplights than where I came from! I met my husband, Taylor, at Oklahoma State University and moved to Tulsa right after we got married. Before I started staying home with our sweet daughter, Avery, I taught English and reading to sixth graders.
Our family consists so far of one mommy, one daddy, one baby, and one silly golden retriever:) Expecting Emilia Kate in September 2013!
I think blogging is an inspiring, creative outlet. You'll find me sharing about our family life, home improvements, crafts/ projects, things God is teaching me, major and minor life events, things that inspire me, and new discoveries.
If there is anything you should know about me, it's that I'm a sinner more in need of God's grace than I could have ever imagined; but I'm also loved more than I could have ever hoped because in spite of that He sent His Son.
